On February 26, 2025, the Faculty of Pedagogy held another meeting of the Academic Council, where pressing issues regarding faculty development, the educational process, and international activities were discussed.

The meeting began with an opening speech by the Dean of the Faculty, Liubov Yevhenivna Petukhova, who emphasized the importance of career guidance. She highlighted that attracting applicants and promoting faculty specializations are strategic priorities. Lidiia Drozd, along with department heads, continued the discussion, presenting an updated concept for career guidance activities and outlining future initiatives.
Iryna Tsiupak presented the results of the syllabus review for educational components in the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. She stressed the need to address identified remarks and align documentation with educational standards.
Additionally, Iryna Tsiupak reported on the results of semester assessments for first- to third-year students. The discussion covered evaluation criteria and considerations for students who studied under an individual schedule or had absences.
Anastasiia Horlova presented the findings of the "Curator-Student Interaction" survey, which assessed communication levels between students and their mentors. The council also discussed attendance monitoring, student participation in in-person sessions, and the role of curators in these processes.
Yurii Yurchuk and Anastasiia Horlova raised the issue of student engagement in the educational process and attendance. It was proposed to enhance monitoring through curators and group leaders, as well as implement additional measures to boost student motivation.
Anastasiia Serhiivna Volianiuk spoke about international cooperation opportunities, research grants, and academic mobility programs.
The agenda also included the appointment of Anastasiia Serhiivna Volianiuk as a lecturer in the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Preschool and Primary Education. The voting was conducted by secret ballot.
In the "Other Matters" section, Yurii Yurchuk reported on the need to update sections of the university website and keep information relevant. Additionally, Valeriia Blakh emphasized the importance of faculty members' publication activity for academic growth.
