Larysa Kovbasiuk, Associate Professor of the Department of German and Romance Philology at the Faculty of Ukrainian and Foreign Philology and Journalism of Kherson State University, has joined PushFar, a mentoring and career development platform founded in 2018 in the UK.
The programme helps research institutions and HEIs to provide their employees with a highly effective, efficient and customisable mentoring scheme.
For individual users, PushFar offers a free platform where they can find a mentor, become a mentor, or both. Users can set goals, schedule meetings, and track their progress using built-in tools. The platform also provides opportunities to network, discuss career opportunities and participate in virtual events. Overall, PushFar aims to make mentoring more accessible and effective for everyone, facilitating professional development and career growth (see more details at pushfar.com).
