Dean of the Faculty of Education, Professor Lyubov Petukhova, reports on the results of her international internship within the Ukrainian-Czech project "Changes in Pedagogical Faculties and Universities in the 21st Century," which took place in Brno (Czech Republic) and at Tomas Bata University in Zlín.

The universities offer a wide range of elective academic programs, allowing students to develop their own educational trajectory, combining theory and practice.

The universities focus on creating a safe environment and preventing bullying. Much attention is also given to shaping the image of educational institutions. Participants were introduced to the vision and environment of the Faculty of Humanities, the university's experience with research projects, and doctoral education. They also learned about the university’s social responsibility.

The development of pedagogical faculties remains relevant today, and such projects help familiarize participants with international experience and implement best practices in the educational process of their own faculties.
