The Center for Psychological Resilience at KSU Launches a Series of Trainings for Students

Monday, April 28, 2025

On April 24, a series of teamwork and communication trainings for students began at the Center for Psychological Resilience and Well-Being of Kherson State University, located in Ivano-Frankivsk, as part of the in-person studying weeks.

The first participants were students from the Faculty of Business and Law, who are currently attending their in-person studying week at KSU’s Ivano-Frankivsk office. This time offers a special opportunity for live communication, development of teamwork skills, leadership, and emotional support in challenging times.

Together with Tetiana Korniichuk, Head of the Center for Psychological Resilience and Well-Being, the participants delved into the topics of teamwork and effective communication.

During the training, students:

  • learned how to collaborate effectively under stress and challenges;
  • took part in activities designed to strengthen team spirit;
  • discovered new sides of each other - not just as classmates, but as individuals;
  • practiced active listening, empathy, and support.

The training was filled with energy, mutual support, and genuine emotions!

Each training session will be adapted to the specific needs of each faculty to make it as relevant and useful as possible for the students.

More meetings, new acquaintances, and practical experiences, beneficial both for studies and life, are ahead.

As a reminder, the Center for Psychological Resilience and Well-Being was opened in February 2025 at the KSU Ivano-Frankivsk office as part of the Erasmus+ BURN program.
