KSU Students and PhD Candidates Invited to Join IT Skills Assessment Project

Kherson State University invites Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD students majoring in IT-related fields to take part in a unique digital competence assessment initiative under the Erasmus+ programme.

What is Smart-PL?

Smart-PL is an innovative online platform developed within the framework of an international Erasmus+ project coordinated at KSU by Rector Oleksandr Spivakovskiy.
The platform is designed specifically to assess students’ IT skills in line with current labor market needs and European competence standards.

The third meeting with students was held on May 6.

Why should you participate?

Free skills diagnostics – discover your actual level of competence in Data Analysis

Personalized feedback – receive a detailed, individual report with professional development recommendations

Flexible testing – complete the assessments at your own pace

Access to educational resources – free courses and materials for further learning and career planning

International recognition – assessment results are based on European IT job standards

How does it work?

After registering on the platform, students will complete 16 specialized tests aimed at identifying:

Your strengths in the IT field

Areas for improvement

Fit for various IT roles

Readiness for work in Data Analysis

Important deadlines

Deadline for registration and completion of tests: Monday, 9 June 2025

How to participate?

Register on the platform using your KSU corporate email

Enter your full name (first and last name)

Complete all 16 tests at your own pace

Receive a personalized report with tailored recommendations

Share your feedback with the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering
