Kherson State University

The First Vice-Rector of Kherson State University, Serhii Omelchuk, and Rector’s Assistant for Internationalization, Alla Tsapiv, are taking part in the first interim project management meeting of the EU Erasmus+ international program “The Digital University – Open Ukrainian Initiative (DigiUni)”.

The meeting is being held on July 23-25 at the University of Alicante, Spain.

The first day began with welcoming remarks from Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, DigiUni Project Coordinator Kseniia Smyrnova, and Professor Rafael Molina, responsible for the global digital environment of the University of Alicante.

The program included an overview of the project and its strategic directions, as well as a dedicated session to identify and discuss challenges.

There were also presentations within the framework of the project’s work packages, a team-building workshop, and a training for trainers session for educational content developers for the DigiPlatform, led by University of Alicante Project Coordinator Mario Guillo.

In addition, Alla Tsapiv will deliver a presentation titled “Dissemination and International Networking Concept: How to Spread the Word about the Project”, as Kherson State University is the leader of the project’s dissemination work package.
