Today, students majoring in A7 “Physical Culture and Sports” took part in an extremely useful and inspiring training session on the topic:
“The Psychology of Victory: How Not to Procrastinate on Actions That Lead to Results.”
The event was conducted by Tetiana Korniychuk, head of the Center for Psychological Resilience and Well-being, a psychologist with many years of experience in the field of motivation, self-realization, and overcoming psychological barriers.
Training participants learned:
- how to develop lasting motivation to take action;
- why we procrastinate on important things and how to change that;
- what techniques help us stay focused on results;
- how to maintain inner resources in sports and everyday life.
