Senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Kateryna Kostrikova conducted a series of Olympic lessons for children in the Ivano-Frankivsk community.
During the classes, children learned about the history and traditions of the Olympic movement, became familiar with the principles of fair play and respect for opponents, and actively participated in sports relays and games. The atmosphere was filled with team spirit, energy, and genuine enthusiasm for sports.
Such events not only promote a healthy lifestyle, but also instill the values of Olympism in the younger generation—friendship, respect, and the pursuit of excellence.
