The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine announces the holding of the main competition for projects of fundamental scientific research and applied scientific research, the performers of which are: employees of higher education institutions and scientific institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Education and Science, who participate in conducting complex interagency research
The competition is held in accordance with the new Regulations on conducting competitive selections of scientific research projects and scientific and technical (experimental) developments and evaluating the results of their implementation, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated June 30, 2025 No. 947 and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 31, 2025 under No. 1131/44537.
Access to submitting forms through the System has been open since October 1, 2025.
🗓Main stages of the competition:The first stage is from September 25 to October 27, 2025 (until 13:00 Kyiv time). At this stage, universities and scientific institutions develop projects and submit materials to (URIS);The second stage is from October 27 to December 28, 2025, examination and processing of submitted projects in the system, determination of winners.
