Enrollment for a semester exchange program at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Republic of Poland)

Enrollment is now open for students wishing to study abroad for one semester during the 2025-2026 academic year at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (AMU) (Republic of Poland).

Nomination of applicants: until November 15, 2025
Uploading documents to the system: by November 30, 2025

Before submitting your documents, please contact the International Relations Department to check the availability of your specialty for study at Adam Mickiewicz University.

Language of instruction: English/Polish.

Students are free to choose any subjects from the list https://amupie.amu.edu.pl/ (more than 200 options) from other faculties (however, most of them should be related to the main field of study). The selected subjects must first be agreed with the faculty.

Funding: tuition is free. Transportation, accommodation, medical insurance, and meals are at the students' own expense.

Accommodation: students can find accommodation on their own (e.g., rent an apartment) or stay in one of the university dormitories: https://amu.edu.pl/en/education/amu-dormitories. Depending on the dormitory and room type, prices range from PLN 620 to PLN 1,200 per month.

List of required documents (to be agreed with the faculty and the international relations department)

1. List of selected disciplines and completed application form (to be downloaded after registration and submission of the list of interested students (after November 15, 2025)).
2. Extract from the individual study plan for the entire period of study + translation into English (send in one file, the translation can be ordered from any translation agency or done independently and sent for verification to the department's email address ).
3. Photo in electronic format (as for a visa)
4. Scan of foreign passport
5. Certificate confirming English language proficiency at level B2 or higher (if available).

Where are classes held? The university has three campuses in the city, which are easily accessible by public transport (trams, buses, suburban trains). Classes are held in the faculty buildings, so depending on the student's choice, they can be held in one or sometimes in all campuses.
