Kherson State University

On November 7, Kherson State University held an internal working meeting within the framework of the “Digital University – Open Ukrainian Initiative” (DigiUni) project under the ERASMUS+ program.
The meeting was chaired by Rector Oleksandr Spivakovskiy and attended by First Vice-Rector Serhii Omelchuk, vice-rectors, and heads of departments and university offices.
The event was moderated by Alla Tsapiv, Assistant to the Rector for Internationalization.

The agenda included the following issues:

• discussion of the outcomes of the coordination commission meeting. The participants congratulated Vice-Rector for Digitalization Oleksandr Lemeshchuk, whose candidacy was once again supported for inclusion in the project’s management board. It is worth noting that the KSU Digital Infrastructure Department, under his leadership, is very active in testing the DigiPlatform;
• discussion of project tasks and use of project funds;
• participation in training sessions on creating educational content for the DigiPlatform, organized by the University of Alicante (Spain). Representatives of KSU who will take part were identified;
• review of the experience shared by the project partner — the German National Library of Science and Technology (TIB) — in developing a platform for digital educational content;
• planning of participation in a major project event scheduled to take place in Kyiv at the end of November.
