Olena Fedosyuk, a third-year student of the Physical Culture and Sports educational program, became the driving force behind the Kolomyia region veterans' team at the national GART-2025 competition!
Olena didn't just participate in the organization—she assembled and prepared the team!
🏆 The results of the team led by our student are impressive:
🏊♂️ Swimming:
🥇 Gold: Ruslan German (50 m freestyle), Oleksandr Kovtunyk (50 m backstroke), Yurii Klymiuk (50 m breaststroke).
👏 Worthy performances: Volodymyr Yavorskyi (4th place, only 0.01 seconds behind the bronze!), Volodymyr Tkachuk, Vasyl Zakharchuk, Ihor Karach (competing with 70 participants!).
🏹 Other disciplines:
🎯 Ivan Hames - 4th place (archery).
🔫 Igor Karach - 7th place (laser run).
🏓 4th place in table tennis (Unconquered competition).
These results are a vivid example of how important it is to have a specialist who understands the specifics of training.
📣 IMPORTANT NEWS FOR FUTURE PROFESSIONALS
Understanding the challenges of our time and the huge demand for professionals who can work with veterans the way Olena does, the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports is announcing its plans for the future.
🎓 For the next academic year, we plan to launch a new educational and professional program - “ADAPTIVE SPORTS”!
This program is for those who want to help our heroes recover through movement, sports, and competition. We will train professionals capable of organizing physical education and sports rehabilitation and training at the highest level.
Congratulations to Olena Fedosyuk and all the veterans of Kolomyia! You are an example of resilience! We look forward to new victories and future students of the new program!
