Head of Department Kateryna Drobot, together with the КSU team, took part in the second module of the Academic Managers Development Program at the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) in Lviv.
The program combined analytical, practical, and discussion components, which provided participants with the opportunity to comprehensively understand the processes of strategizing in higher education.
Participation in the module allowed for a deeper understanding of strategic planning processes, improved systematic analysis skills, and broadened professional horizons regarding management models in modern higher education. The competencies gained will contribute to strengthening the management systems of Kherson State University, enhancing academic autonomy, and implementing effective strategic decisions in a complex and dynamic environment.
