Yesterday, the Center for Psychological Resilience and Well-being of KhSU held a training session “Bridges, not walls: how to build trust in interaction with others” for students of the Medical Faculty of KhSU.It was a meeting about one of the most valuable things — about trust. We talked about what helps build it and what destroys it. About how to start with the main thing — with trust in yourself. Because it is this that creates inner integrity and becomes the basis for openness with others.Together, we looked for words for ourselves and our needs, learned to communicate honestly and gently, and also practiced being in contact. Not just talking, but really hearing and seeing each other. The atmosphere turned out to be very sincere — with lively conversations, open views, and the feeling that even a short meeting can become a bridge between people.Thank you to the students of the Medical Faculty for your trust and involvement.May every conversation in your life also be a bridge — not a wall.
