During the meeting, students were introduced to the specifics of studying at the Faculty of Education, its educational opportunities, and prospects for professional development. Particular attention was paid to making a conscious choice of the teaching profession as a life mission, since teachers and educators play a key role in shaping individual personalities and the future of society. It was emphasized that pedagogical work has a number of unique advantages and an exceptionally important social significance. An educator is, in a sense, an architect of society, as it is educators who shape the intellectual and moral potential of future generations. Working with children and young people requires continuous self-development, a creative approach, and readiness to seek new methods; at the same time, it offers the opportunity to inspire, discover talents, and help young people find their own path in life.

The students were also presented with the educational programs of the Faculty of Education, which provide solid theoretical training in pedagogy, developmental psychology, didactics, and teaching methodologies, along with extensive practical experience—from initial observations in educational institutions to independently conducting lessons and educational activities. Special emphasis was placed on the wide range of specializations and opportunities for future employment and professional self-realization. It was noted that a degree from the Faculty of Education opens broad prospects not only in general secondary and preschool education institutions, but also in extracurricular education, educational centers, social services, educational administration bodies, as well as in tutoring, the development of one’s own educational projects, and academic and research activities.

At the end of the meeting, the students took part in a short relaxation activity, which was held in a friendly and informal atmosphere and left positive impressions of the event.
