A person applying for a position must meet the requirements established for academic and teaching staff by the Laws of Ukraine “On Education” and “On Higher Education.”
Requirements for Applicants
Head of the Department – holding a Doctor of Sciences or Candidate of Sciences degree and the academic title of Professor or Associate Professor relevant to the department’s profile; honorary titles; at least 5 years of academic and teaching experience at higher education institutions or postgraduate education institutions.
Associate Professor – holding an academic degree and/or an academic (honorary) title relevant to the department’s profile; at least 3 years of academic and teaching experience at higher education institutions or postgraduate education institutions.
Senior Lecturer – holding an academic degree and/or an academic (honorary) title; at least 2 years of academic and teaching experience at higher education institutions or postgraduate education institutions.
Lecturer – holding an academic degree and/or an academic (honorary) title, or having a completed higher education degree, with less than 2 years of professional experience relevant to the department’s profile and demonstrated aptitude for academic and teaching work.
