On 7 April, Kherson State University hosted an open lecture by the Rector, Professor Oleksandr Spivakovsky, on the topic ‘Leadership and Charisma: A New Context for Harmony’. The event attracted around 100 participants, including postgraduate students from the university and guests who attended both in person and remotely.
During his speech, the rector emphasised the importance of the synergy between leadership qualities and charisma in today’s world. In his view, leadership provides the necessary direction, whilst charisma serves as a source of energy for this process, ensuring harmonious development.
Particular attention was paid to the practical experience of transformations at КSU. Real-life examples from the university provided the audience with food for thought and an incentive to seek their own strategic solutions in their professional activities.
