Within the framework of the Erasmus+ “Staff Mobility for Training” programme, a delegation of Kherson State University carried out a working visit to the University of Klagenfurt (Austria). The delegation included the Rector of KSU, Oleksandr Spivakovskyi, the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Liubov Petukhova, and the Vice-Rector for International Affairs, Alla Tsapiv.
The main purpose of the visit was to strengthen international academic cooperation, expand mobility opportunities for students and academic staff, and further develop joint institutional projects.
Within the framework of the visit, a series of strategic meetings were held with long-standing partners of Kherson State University, in particular with Professor Tilmann Reuther, academic coordinator of the partnership, as well as with representatives of the International Office and the leadership of the University of Klagenfurt.

Special attention was given to the continuation of student mobility: starting from the next semester, new KSU students will participate in exchange programmes.
A significant outcome of the visit was the signing of an agreement on the continuation of cooperation between Kherson State University and the University of Klagenfurt. The document consolidates a long-term partnership in academic mobility, research initiatives, and institutional development.
In addition, a meeting was held with the Vice-Rector for Education and Diversity of the University of Klagenfurt, Doris Hattenberger, where further possibilities for material and technical support for KSU were discussed.
The participation of Liubov Petukhova in the delegation highlights the active role of the Faculty of Education in advancing international cooperation and strengthening the university’s academic resilience.
