On 17 April 2026, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, and Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, and Social Work T. M. Shvets, together with M. I. Ozerov, a first‑year postgraduate student of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education in the specialty I10 Social Work and Counselling, took part in the 20th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Development of Modern Education and Science: Results, Problems, and Prospects. Between Disciplines: Spaces of Interaction in Science, Art, and Education.”
The conference was organized by Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding (Ukraine), the Academy of Applied Sciences in Konin (Republic of Poland), Uzhhorod National University (Ukraine), and the South‑Eastern Scientific Institute in Przemyśl (Republic of Poland).
Young and experienced scholars had the opportunity to present reports and highlight current issues in the fields of pedagogy, psychology, linguistics and literary studies, art studies, historical, social and natural sciences, tourism, physical education, and rehabilitation. Associate Professor T. M. Shvets presented a report titled “Specifics of Career Building and Factors of Successful Employment in Planning the Career Track of Higher Education Graduates” in the section “Pedagogy. Professional Training.” Postgraduate student M. I. Ozerov delivered a presentation titled “Powers and Functions of Territorial Communities in the Field of Social Support for Veterans” in the section “Historical Sciences. Art Studies. Philology. Social Sciences.”
The conference papers formed the basis of the publication “Development of Modern Education and Science: Results, Problems, Prospects. Volume XX: Between Disciplines: Spaces of Interaction in Science, Art, and Education” (Development of Modern Education and Science: Results, Problems, Prospects. Volume XX: Between Disciplines: Spaces of Interaction in Science, Art, and Education / [Eds.: Ya. Grzesiak, I. Zymomria, V. Ilnytskyi]. Konin – Uzhhorod – Przemyśl – Mykolaiv: Posvit, 2026) and will be useful for the wider academic community, lecturers, postgraduate students, and students.
