Student psychology club: a space for reset and inner support

The Student Psychological Club is a safe, warm and evaluation-free space created for psycho-emotional recovery, deep self-reflection and strengthening of mental immunity. The club started its work on October 9, 2025, continues to be active until today (May 2026) and operates at the Center for Psychological Stability and Well-Being of Kherson State University as part of the BURN (Erasmus+) project - an initiative that supports the university community in conditions of relocation, online education and everyday challenges of wartime.

The founder of the club and the constant host of all master classes is Daria Pavlyuchek, a 3rd-year graduate of the OP "Psychology". And this is what makes the club special: there is no distance between the "expert" and the "visitor". There is an equal dialogue between people who live in the same realities.
Who is this space for?
Originating as a student initiative, after the New Year the club significantly outgrew its original boundaries and scaled into an open inter-institutional community. Today, our meetings bring together completely different people who breathe in the same rhythm:
- students of various higher education institutions (HEIs) who are looking for support during deadlines, exams and life crises;
- teachers and employees of universities seeking to prevent burnout and restore internal strength;
- volunteers, working professionals and everyone who needs to safely recharge their "internal batteries".
What are we talking about?
Each encounter is a separate topic, and each topic is a response to a genuine inquiry. We talk about what really matters: fatigue and recovery, anxiety and body signals, perfectionism and procrastination, emotional intelligence and the ability to tell yourself "I've done enough." We don't lecture, instead we do physical practices, creative exercises, reflection, live chat and real group contact that happens even through the screen. During seven months of operation, the club held 13 such meetings.
Format
Meetings are held online (Zoom platform), last about 1.5 hours and are structured as a full-fledged psychological master class: with an introduction to the topic, practical exercises (breathing, physical, creative, written) and final reflection. All exercises are based on modern approaches - cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic methods, logotherapy and mindfulness practices.
Participation is free. Everything that sounds at the meeting remains in the circle of participants. No pressure, just support and the right to be who you are now.
