Competition for students to participate in the academic mobility program to the University of the Côte d’Azur (Université Côte d’Azur, France)

Kherson State University announces a competition for undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students to participate in the international academic mobility program (Erasmus+ KA171) to the University of the Côte d'Azur (Nice, France).

Fields of study

For bachelors:
- philology, art and communications;
- humanities and social sciences (anthropology, history, geography, sociology, psychology);
- economics and management;
- science and technology (earth sciences, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science);
- physical education and sports.

For masters and PhD:
- philology, art, economics, management, humanities (sociology, history, psychology);
- computer science;
- medicine.

Program conditions:

duration of study – 5 months (for postgraduates from 2 to 12 months);
mobility starts from the second semester of 2026/27 academic year;
studies will be conducted in English.

Selection criteria:

- academic performance;

- participation in scientific, public and university activities;

- motivation and justification for participation in the academic mobility program;

- correspondence of the chosen disciplines to the educational program;

- level of foreign language proficiency (not lower than B2).

Financial support

The Erasmus+ program provides:

a scholarship of 900 euros per month;

a travel grant of 395 euros.

Additional funding is provided for students with special needs - 250 euros per month.

List of required documents for the competition:
  • Application for participation in the competition with a dean's visa and an indication of the average grade point average (can be obtained from the International Relations Department ).
  • CV;
  • motivation letter;
  • original extract from the individual curriculum (Transcript of Records) signed by the rector in Ukrainian and a translation into English (to issue an extract, you need to contact the dean's office of your faculty);
  • scanned copy of the school certificate and supplement (original) and translation into English (for bachelors) (the translation can be done independently and submitted for verification to the International Relations Department );
  • scanned copy of the bachelor's diploma and translation into English (for masters) (the translation can be done independently and submitted for verification to the International Relations Department );
  • language certificate (English or French, if available);
  • scanned copy of the international passport.

For postgraduate students additionally:

- detailed research project (goals, preliminary schedule);

- invitation letter from the laboratory or faculty of the Université Côte d’Azur (if available).

Deadline for submitting documents

It is necessary to submit documents to the KhSU International Relations Department by email at by June 1, 2026.
