The competition is designed for historians who are working on German or German-Ukrainian historical topics as part of their master's, candidate's or doctoral work, as well as post-dissertation projects. The research scholarship is intended for visits to archives, specialized libraries and research institutions and, if necessary, participation in conferences in Germany related to the research project.
