Austrian-Ukrainian project “CENREC”

  • Parter: University. I. Kepler (Linz, Austria). 
  • Type of cooperation: Calculation of nonlinear resonances. 
  • Waiting for results and their implementation: 
  1. Сreating of the Internet portal virtual center computing tasks of nonlinear resonance as an international open-source information resources with one of the most important and rapidly progressing field of modern nonlinear dynamics (ND) - nonlinear resonances. 
  2. Portal CENREC must maintain scientific contacts of several scientific groups involved in the above mentioned issues.

 

2007 - 2009 years.

“CC4U2 educational program for Computer Sciences for Ukrainian Universities”.

  • Partners:  University of Nice-Sofia Antipolis (France), University of Glasgow Caledonia (Great Britain), Karazin's National University of Kharkov, “DBBest Technologies LTD” enterprise (Ukraine).
  • Areas of cooperation: informational technologies.
  • Expected results and their implementation:
  1. Improvement of students' training by “Computer Science” specialty on experience of european establishments and ukrainian participants of the project (rebuilding and updating of educational program of training of banchelors on Computer Sciences - Masters' program creation).
  2. Retraining of lecturers on new disciplines, learning methodics and rating procedures.
  3. Establishing of mechanisms of mutual Academical acknowledgements between Ukrainian and European universities and students' mobility fostering. 

 

2007 - 2009 years.

 

Tempus JEP-27247-2006 “CLIP services for students' education and personal developing”.

  • Partners:  University of Nice-Sofia Antipolis (France), Royal Technical University (Sweden), Kherson State Agrarian University, Kherson National Technical University, "Ukrcom" Ltd enterprise (Ukraine).
  • Areas of cooperation: informational technologies and management.
  • Expected results and their implementation:
  1. Creation of united infrastructure of Kherson universities for students' access to electronic resources.
  2. Creation of educational network of Kherson, aimed at personalization of education, achievement of educational tasks and creating of ability of continuous studying during life.
  3. Creation of organizational units responsible for training, evaluation and update of features of programs and description of courses in Kherson Universities. 

 

2006 - 2008 years.

“ECDL for ukrainian administrators”.

  • Partners: University of Nice-Sofia Antipolis (France), University of Klagenfurt (Austria), Kherson National Technical University, Center of civil servants retraining of Kherson regional state administration.
  • Areas of cooperation: informational technologies, state control.
  • Expected results:

Implementation of training by ECDL (European Sertificate of Computer User) standarts in local state administrations of Kherson's region.

  • Partners: University of Glasgow Caledonia (Great Britain), Evle's University (Sweden), Kherson State Agrarian university.
  • Areas of cooperation: Agriculture and informational technologies.
  • Expected results and their implementation:
  1. Educational literature development.
  2. Distance courses development.
  3. Educational software development.

 2004 - 2006 years.

Northern New York and Southern Ukraine:
New University Partnership for Business and Economic Development
.

  • Partners: State University of New York (SUNY)  Canton, State University of New York Potsdam.
  • Areas of cooperation: Business Development.
  • Expected results and their implementation:
  1. Foundation and implementation of new resource center in development of small business for Sonth Ukraine in the Kherson State University.
  2. Retraining of persons, which are sent from Center of employment, in obedience to the certification program in business management, the result of which is the independent development of the real business plan under the direction of teachers and experienced specialists of KSU, that will become basis for opening of own business, creation of new workplaces and, thus, diminishing of unemployment rate in the Kherson area.
  3. Support and development of market environment of the South region of Ukraine through the grant of consultative services to all of categories of population.

 

2003 - 2006 years.

“Nothern New York and Southern Ukraine: New partnership of university for business and economics development”.

  • Partner: State university of New York State in Caton and Potsdam.
  • Areas of cooperation: economics, entrepreneurship.
  • Expected results and their implementation:
  1. The Center of supporting of small and medium business on base of KSU is createfd.
  2. Internships of lecturers of economics in USA.
  3. Educational courses on “Business-control” program are developed.
  4. Retrain towards the Center of employment by the “Business-control” program.

 

2003 - 2005 years.

“Informational technologies in network of control of universities. UnіT-Net.”

 

  • Partners: University of Nice-Sofia Antipolis (France), University of Glasgow Caledonia (Great Britain), Department of education and science of Ukraine, Karazin's National University of Kharkov, Zaporojye State University.
  • Areas of cooperation: Informational technologies.
  • Expected results and their implementation:
  1. Creation of network UnIT-NET.
  2. Defining the best practice  of using IT in control of universities.
  3. Creation of the laboratory of software testing.
  4. Testing and refinement of existing software for control of universities.

 

2002 - 2004 years.

“Land reform and development of land resource market of Ukraine”.

  • Partners: University of Nice-Sofia Antipolis (France), Kherson State Agrarian University, agro-industrial enterprise “Tavria”, Regional departments of land resources of Chaplinka and Skadovsk.
  • Areas of cooperation: Economics.
  • Expected results and their implementation:
  1. Educational-informational center for land resource control of KSU created.
  2. 10 lecturers are trained.
  3. Educational materials are developed.
  4. 50 land administrators are retrained.
  5. Software is developed.
  6. Examination of state politics in area of land market is performed.

1998 - 2000 years.

“Informational infrastructure of higher educational institutions”.

  • Partners: University of Nice-Sofia Antipolis (France), University of Granada (Spain), Pedagogical college of Berislav.
  • Areas of cooperation: informational technologies.
  • Expected results and their implementation:
  1. Informational infrastructure of KSU as complex of organizational and technical activities created.
  2. Integrated informational system in KSU and BPC developed and created.
  3. Specialists of administrative departments of KSU and BPC had been trained.
  4. Local network of KSU was extended.
