On March 21, Alona Sorokina, Assistant at the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Business, conducted an open practical class with first-year students majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Management within the course "Fundamentals of Culinary Arts."
Despite the online format, the class was dynamic and engaging: ▪️ students learned about the technology of mechanical processing of raw materials ▪️ explored the main types of semi-finished products and the specifics of their preparation ▪️ had the opportunity to visually observe the processes during the demonstration ▪️ actively participated in discussions and analysis of professional techniques
The online format made it possible to combine modern digital tools with the practical component of the course, providing students with a valuable and interesting learning experience.
